In one of the photos... we are standing at the front of the home and looking through the breezeway towards the garden and pathway to the ocean. You can see the lovely mature trees that the owner had refused to cut down during the construction of the building. Both in the front and back you will find this natural beauty and charm. Another photo is just the opposite of above... Here we are at the rear of the house looking through the breezeway towards the front of the property. Up the neat spiral staircase now... to the upper level and our photo shows the view looking down the staircase to the front entrance. Some of the floors are tiled in ceramic and some are of varnished wood in a real nice combination. You can also see some of the security iron works in this photo and the complete building has excellent security and protection. The upper level contains three bedrooms and the ground floor level has one other smaller bedroom.

The large open kitchen... and dining area was in a bit of a disorder the day that I took these photos as the owner had a cleaning crew in working and I was taking photos around them. However you can see right through the disorder for sure! The ceramic tiled floors are quite evident in the kitchen photo as well as another view of the excellent security arrangements. The owner utilizes solar panels for electricity. At the moment there are no municipal electricity connections available but I did see brand new utility poles going up alongside the road. It appears that municipal electricity will soon be available although I actually prefer the free solar energy myself. Great family home here with four bedrooms!

Another photo... features the varnished wood floors and you get yet another view of the ironwork which is a combination of decorative and functional for security. Latino countries are generally quite noisy but this particular area lacks the common noise making elements. The sounds here are pure nature from the birds and animals to the sound of the surf. Very private without being isolated. A short drive into Luperon for groceries and back to enjoy the peace and quiet of your home on the ocean. From: Property Week, January 3rd, 2008... Dolphin Capital Investors, the residential resort investor, has bought a 2,000 acre site in the Dominican Republic. Dolphin, which has previously only invested in the eastern Mediterranean, has joined with Aman Resorts to pay €38.8m (£29m) for the land. The joint venture is now going to develop a 200-room five-star golf hotel, 40 villas, a 40-room hotel, and 350 cliff, golf and sea front residential units. The development, 80km from the Puerto Plata airport on the north of the island, also features a golf course and 9km of beach. Substantial value for shareholders... "We believe that this project will benefit from the supply-demand imbalance for premium branded residential resorts in the region and should create substantial value for our shareholders," said Miltos Kambourides, managing partner of Dolphin. Dolphin has a 70% stake in the scheme with Aman holding 25% and other private investors holding 5%. The joint venture is currently committing €16m (£12m) of equity capital to buy the project and an additional €15.7m (£11.7m) to fund the design, early stages of development and operation.
